1. Who we are

Qualified Lead Media (“QLM”, “we”, “us”) is a lead-generation and appointment-setting agency serving insurance agencies in the United States. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, purchase a package, or interact with our team.

2. Information we collect

  • Account & billing data — name, agency name, email, phone, billing address, and payment information processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe).
  • Service data — campaign preferences, target geographies, lead qualification criteria, and the appointments delivered to you.
  • Lead data — information voluntarily submitted by prospects through our marketing funnels (name, email, phone, state, retirement or career interest).
  • Website data — IP address, browser, device, referring URL, and pages visited via privacy-respecting analytics.

3. How we use information

  • Deliver the services you purchased and book qualified appointments on your behalf.
  • Verify lead identity, intent, and eligibility before delivery.
  • Communicate with you about campaigns, appointments, invoices, and support.
  • Improve our funnels, scripts, and qualification process.
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. How we share information

We share lead and appointment data with the client who purchased the campaign. We also share limited data with vetted vendors:

  • Payment processing — Stripe
  • Email & CRM — secure, US/EU-hosted providers
  • Advertising platforms — Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube (aggregated audience signals only)

We never sell personal information.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of marketing. Email hello@qualifiedleadmedia.com to exercise any of these rights.

6. Data retention & security

We retain client and lead records for as long as required to deliver the service and meet legal/tax obligations. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data.

7. Children

Our services are intended for licensed insurance professionals and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
