Refund & Replacement Policy

We guarantee the number of appointments listed in your package. If we fail to deliver, we top up or refund the difference. Read below for the exact rules.

An appointment is replaced free of charge if any of these apply:

• The lead does not match the qualification criteria in your signed service agreement (age range, employment type, state).
• The lead provided false contact information and cannot be reached.
• The lead explicitly states they were never interested when our team contacts them to confirm.
• The appointment was canceled by the lead before the call took place and never rescheduled.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of appointment delivery via email to hello@qualifiedleadmedia.com with the lead ID.

No-shows count as a delivered appointment. We do not replace or reschedule appointments where the lead fails to attend a confirmed time. Cancellations made before the scheduled time may qualify for a replacement under your service agreement.

• The lead declined your specific offer after a complete call.
• The lead is not ready to buy today — long sales cycles are normal in this industry.
• Client missed the appointment or arrived late.
• Client failed to follow up with the lead within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Because campaigns require upfront ad spend, packages are non-refundable once the campaign has launched. Refunds may be issued in these circumstances:

• Before launch — 100% refund minus any onboarding work already performed.
• After launch, we fail to deliver — the difference between appointments promised and appointments delivered is refunded after the campaign window closes (typically 60 days).

Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in legal recovery of fees plus costs.
